Clear answers before checkout.
Ticket details, approved allocations and on-sale status are published on the Tickets page. These answers explain how the named digital-pass and venue-reservation system works.
Find the detail you need.
When do tickets go on sale?
The confirmed on-sale date will be published on the Tickets page. Sales remain closed until prices, inclusions, venue inventory and the complete checkout flow are approved.
Why does every ticket need an attendee name and email?
Each attendee receives a separate digital ticket, QR code and Crawl Pass ID. The matching email is also used to securely open that attendee’s venue-reservation portal.
Can one QR code be used at multiple venues?
A pass can be accepted at one participating venue per eligible time block. After a successful scan, that pass is locked to the venue for the current block and becomes eligible again in the next included block.
Does a ticket automatically reserve a venue?
Not necessarily. When venue reservations open, eligible pass holders use Plan Your Crawl to select one available venue per included block.
What happens when a venue is full?
The live count changes to Fully Booked when its released allocation reaches zero or the event team closes that block. A waitlist may be offered where enabled.
Can I transfer a ticket?
The final transfer process will be published before sales open. Do not share a QR code or sell through an unofficial channel.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. The exact terms are displayed before payment.
How is payment processed?
Approved online ticket sales use secure Square checkout. The event website does not store complete card details.
