The current event concept combines a Friday and Saturday venue crawl, evening Campfire programming, a proposed downtown component and a Sunday finale.

The current venue-crawl windows are Friday from 4-8 PM and Saturday from 2-6 PM. Guests visit participating locations while each venue's food, beverage and hospitality operation remains central to the experience.
