These terms apply to public use of the North Country Music Crawl website. Ticket-specific terms shown before payment also apply to any completed purchase.
Event information
Dates, schedules, artists, venues, capacities, prices and program elements may change as contracts, production planning, safety requirements and approvals are completed. Pages identify proposed information where appropriate. The official website is the source for published updates.
Tickets and payments
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Every attendee must provide the information required to issue a named digital ticket. Prices, inclusions, capacity and any transfer process displayed at checkout form part of the purchase terms.
Passes, reservations and check-in
A Crawl Pass ID and QR code may be used only by the eligible attendee and must not be copied, altered or misused. Venue reservations are capacity-controlled and may be subject to deadlines, priority windows, waitlists, arrival grace periods and no-show release. A pass can be accepted at only one venue per eligible time block.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse a pass or upload unlawful or malicious material. The event team may restrict access where needed to protect guests, partners and systems.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to artists, venues, sponsors, social networks and payment providers. Those organizations operate their own services and policies. A link does not make the event team responsible for third-party content or availability.
Brand and content
Event branding, website design and original content may not be reused commercially without permission. Artists, sponsors, partners and Organizing Team members retain rights in their supplied names, logos, portraits, photographs and other materials.
